We have created custom data acquisition software running on the Mac OSX platform. This software is based on Meabench for Linux which can be downloaded from Daniel Wagenaar's website at: http://www.its.caltech.edu/~pinelab/wagenaar/. It is targeted for the MCCard data acquisition system by Multichannel systems (http://www.multichannelsystems.com/)
