Functional Integration of Neural Stem Cells for Brain Repair in an in vitro Stroke Model

The goal of this project is to use multielectrode array technology to assess the functional integration of neural progenitor cells (stem cells) into existing cortical networks, determine ways to enhance survival and integration, and apply that information to an in vitro stroke model.
